About Pamperazzi.

Pamperazzi is operated by Pamperazzi Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Pamperazzi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. References to "you" and "your" mean any user of our services — buyers, recipients, or partner salons.

We are a marketplace facilitator. We do not directly provide salon, spa, or wellness services. We sell gift cards that can be redeemed at independent partner studios.

Who can use Pamperazzi.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a gift card. Recipients can be of any age, but a parent or guardian must accept and redeem on behalf of a minor.

You must provide accurate information when buying or registering. You must not use Pamperazzi to defraud anyone, launder funds, or violate any law.

How our cards work.

Every gift card has a value of between ₹500 and ₹50,000, denominated in Indian rupees. Cards may be either salon-specific (redeemable only at one studio) or category-specific (redeemable at any partner offering that category, e.g. hair, spa).

Cards can be drawn down across multiple visits. Balance carries until depleted or until expiry.

Cards expire five (5) years from the date of purchase. Unredeemed balance after expiry is forfeited and not refundable.

Payments and confirmation.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store full card details. Once payment is confirmed, the gift card is created and sent to the recipient via WhatsApp (with email fallback).

If a payment fails or is reversed, no card is issued. If a card has been issued and a payment is later disputed or reversed by your bank, we may revoke the card and pursue all available remedies.

Pamperazzi sets all fees and pricing. You will see the total amount before completing payment. Beyond the amount you choose, there is no buyer's fee.

Using a gift card at a salon.

Recipients redeem cards by presenting the QR code at any eligible partner studio. The salon scans the QR via our partner portal, enters the redemption amount, and the balance updates. Tokens are single-scope and replay-protected — they cannot be redeemed twice for the same amount.

If the salon's bill exceeds the card balance, the recipient pays the difference directly to the salon. If the bill is less than the card balance, the unused amount remains on the card.

We do not handle bookings. The recipient must contact the salon directly to schedule any appointment before redemption.

When a refund is possible.

Full refund within 7 days of purchase, only if no part of the card has been redeemed. After any redemption — even ₹1 — the card is non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation of scheduled (future-dated) cards is allowed any time before the scheduled send time, with full refund.

Partners are independent businesses.

Each partner salon is an independent business. They set their own service prices, hours, hygiene standards, and staff. We curate the roster carefully — every partner is visited in person before being added — but we do not employ their staff or supervise their service quality.

Disputes about specific service quality should be raised with the salon directly. If you cannot resolve an issue, you can write to us at hello@pamperazzi.com and we will help mediate, but we are not the service provider.

What you may not do.

You agree not to: use Pamperazzi for any illegal purpose; resell or transfer cards in bulk for commercial reuse without our written consent; attempt to circumvent our redemption controls or QR token validation; impersonate another person; harass our staff or partner salons; or interfere with the operation of our services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Pamperazzi for any breach of these terms, with or without notice.

Your data.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it. By using Pamperazzi you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

What we are responsible for.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of Pamperazzi is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

We are not liable for: indirect or consequential losses; loss of opportunity; or any service-quality issue at a partner salon (which is the salon's responsibility, not ours). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Indian law.

Updates to these terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and emailed to active customers. Continued use of Pamperazzi after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Indian law applies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
