Who these terms refer to.

In these Terms, references to "you" and "User" mean the end user accessing the website, its contents, and the services offered through it. "Service Providers" means independent third-party service providers. "We", "us", and "our" mean Sculptor Brands Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates.

About Pamperazzi.

Pamperazzi.com is an internet-based business services, content, and e-commerce portal owned and operated by Sculptor Brands Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India.

Use of the website is offered to you conditioned on acceptance, without modification, of all the terms, conditions, and notices contained in these Terms, as may be posted on the website from time to time. Pamperazzi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept a User registering on the website without assigning any reason.

Your account and password.

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under them.

You agree to (a) immediately notify Pamperazzi of any unauthorized use of your password or account, or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Pamperazzi cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this.

What we provide.

Pamperazzi provides a number of internet-based services through the website (collectively, the "Service"). One such service enables users to purchase gift cards for spas, salons, and other luxury experiences. We may include other products from time to time (collectively, "Products"). Upon placing an order, Pamperazzi coordinates and executes the assigned task through a network of professionals.

Your data.

You consent and agree that you have read and fully understand the Privacy Policy of Pamperazzi in respect of the website, and that its terms and contents are acceptable to you.

How you may use our content.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from the website.

Limited reproduction and copying of the content is permitted provided that Pamperazzi's name is stated as the source and prior written permission is obtained. You retain ownership of, and are solely responsible for, any content you provide or upload when using a Service. Where you upload content for public viewing (for example, product customization), you grant a non-exclusive licence for its use.

Pamperazzi endeavours to ensure that all information on the website is correct, but neither warrants nor makes any representation regarding the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any data, information, product, or Service.

In no event shall Pamperazzi be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from: (a) the use or inability to use the services; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (c) any other matter relating to the services. Pamperazzi is not responsible for non-availability of the website during maintenance or any suspension of access due to technical reasons or causes beyond its control. Prices for products are described on our website and incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are in Indian rupees. Prices, products, and services may change at Pamperazzi's discretion.

Ending your use.

Pamperazzi may suspend or terminate your use of the website or any Service if it believes, in its sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms. These Terms survive indefinitely unless and until Pamperazzi chooses to terminate them.

If your use is terminated, Pamperazzi may delete any content relating to your use of the Service, with no liability to you or any third party. You remain liable to pay for any Service or product already ordered up to the time of termination.

Indian law applies.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising in relation to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Karnataka.

Headings are for convenience only and do not define or limit the scope of these Terms. Terms apply equally to singular and plural forms, and any pronoun includes the corresponding gender. "Include", "includes", and "including" are deemed to be followed by "without limitation".

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, that invalidity attaches only to that provision, and the remainder of these Terms continues in full force and effect.

Flag a violation.

Users are solely responsible for content they upload. Pamperazzi does not review content before it appears and does not verify or endorse it. Users may be held legally accountable for their content.
